Frequently asked questions.

Q: What is your photography style?

A: My style of photography is romantic, creative, fashion forward, curated and thoughtful. I like to get creative with my clients to capture faces, expressions, and personality in a way that only the camera sees. I love to capture in between moments, candids, fun moments, as well as some styled moments to get that extra pizzaz. My style is classic, timeless, yet modern. I often work with other creatives to make a creative vision come to life.

Q: How many photos will you take during my session?

A: I guarantee a minimum number of photos, but often deliver more than that! Every session is unique.

Q: How soon can I see my photos:

A: Photographs are delivered within 4-6 weeks of the event.

Q: Is a deposit required to reserve my date with you?

A: Yes. A 50% retainer is due for all photo sessions to reserve your photography date. The retainer is applied towards your final contracted fee and is non-refundable. In case of an emergency, the retainer may be transferred to a future date within 1 year of notice.

Q: When is my final payment due?

A: Your final payment is due 1 day prior to your event or wedding day.

Q: Are your packages flexible?

A: Absolutely. My goal is to find a photography package that fits your vision, budget and needs. All the packages are customizable. Feel free to please share your budget with me.

Q: Do you offer commercial and business shoots?

A: Definitely. I offer model scouting, design/direction, creative team assembly, venue scouting and more. With a full creative team, I am able to offer an incredible shoot to best show off your products and services. I regularly work with make-up artists, videographers, models, and hotels.

Q: What other types of photography offerings do you offer?

A: Social media content creation, headshots, and marketing campaigns.

Q: How long have you been a photographer?

A: I’ve been working a professional photographer since 2009, when I began wedding photography. Prior to that, I took film photography classes in college, developing my own film, before the digital cameras existed.

Today, I offer both 35mm film and digital photography for my clients. I highly recommended mixing these two mediums for your shoot!

Q: Do you carry professional liability insurance?

A: Yes, I do! My business insurance allows me to access many resorts and venues in Hawaii, including the Four Seasons, Grand Wailea Maui Resort, Andaz Maui, Hotel Wailea and others! Additional to that, I am registered with the Maui Department of Natural Resources to pull beach permits for photography sessions, so I take care of these items for all of my clients.
